Shipping Policy

Once the order is placed, it will be shipped usually at the next business day, but no later than 3 business days.

We offer 2 convenient types of delivery:

1. via Certified Courier shipping service (combined EMS and USPS) with online tracking number. Average time for delivery is between 4 and 7 business days, not including inbound/outbound Customs time.RECOMMENDED

2. via Regular Mail with average delivery time up to 14 days. Online tracking IS NOT available for this delivery type.

Your order will be discreetly packaged to protect your privacy.

Every purchase is guaranteed. If your order is not received within 10 business days for Certified Courier delivery, and 20 days for Regular Mail delivery, we will reship your order at no extra charge.

Important note: due to the new US Customs regulations if you order is shipped via certified EMS/USPS service, it may require additional quarantine time at customs and may be found non-admissible for further delivery. In such case we will reship this order via Regular Mail at no additional charge.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued in following cases:

1. For orders that have been placed but not yet shipped.

2. If you require refund for opened or used package, please provide the copy of prescription from your local physician stating your medical conditions after taking medication. Upon receiving this documentation your order will be refunded in full, excluding shipping cost.
